Our Company SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services. Responsibilities Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager. Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries. Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. Triage incoming faxes by facility/department in accordance with cutoff times. Clarify orders as needed. Qualifications Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License (required). Previous pharmacy experience. Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred. Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Moderate to advanced computer skills required. Excellent telephone etiquette. Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus. High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to train on first shift 8am-4:30pm. Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. Schedule Monday–Friday and every other weekend Available shift: 8am-4:30pm 5pm–1:30am 6pm-2:30am 10pm-6:30am What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).
