Receptionist/Graphics

Anticipated vacancy exists for a Receptionist/Graphics for the Upper Merion Area School District (High School) for School Year 2026-2027.

Terms of Employment: 10-Month (190 days)

Hours: 7:00 am- 3:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ability to use digital signage systems
• Strong secretarial and clerical skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Technical training or education in media production preferred
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Ability to work cooperatively with end users that have a broad range of skills.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Knowledge of general office procedures and ability to operate office machinery;
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to be flexible during a typical workday.
• Demonstrated ability to work, interact, and cooperate effectively with others.
• Satisfactory record of attendance required.
• Original certificates of clearance from the State Police, Child Abuse Registry, and PDE FBI.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Answers, routes, and records district incoming calls
• Greets visitors and assures district safety procedures are followed in admitting the public to the High School building
• Performs routine clerical tasks from various administrative offices, as assigned
• Uses video editing software and posts to monitors
• Organizes the work of internal and external resources in partnership with Coordinator of Communications Media
• Ability to use technology to continually improve efficiency and eliminate redundant activities.
• Ability to write clearly and informatively.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
