Practice Setting

• Inpatient anesthesia coverage
• Team model working alongside two other CRNAs
• Paper charting environment
• Coverage need driven by planned departures of two CRNAs

Schedule

• Mix of 8 hour and 10 hour shifts, structured as two 8s and two 10s
• Weekday pager call runs evenings through mornings, Monday through Thursday, with Friday included in the overnight rotation
• Weekend pager call is 24 hour coverage, Friday through Sunday
• Call volume is described as low, supporting a sustainable rhythm while on assignment

Cases and Procedures

• General, ortho, urology, GI, podiatry, and gyn
• Healthy older pediatrics only
• Spinals and epidurals
• Regional nerve blocks with ultrasound guidance

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• Board Certified CRNA
• Active Washington license in hand
