Behavior Technician / Residential AideLocation: Ramona, CA Pay: $28/hour Hours: 40 hours/week + opportunity for extra shifts Schedule Options: AM, PM, NOC Population: Adults with Developmental Disabilities Start Date: September 14th Orientation Dates: 9/14-9/25 (Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm) Must be in full attendanceInterview Process: 1st round: In Office Amergis Interview located in Mission Valley, CA with Amergis Recruiter and BDM 2nd Round: Virtual Interview with Thrive Supervisor via TeamsPosition Summary: We are seeking compassionate and reliable Behavior Technicians / Residential Aides to support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in a residential home setting.
