Responsibilities

• Deliver care to ER and ICU patients with rapid assessment and timely interventions
• Float to other nursing units as needed to support patient flow and staffing
• Expedite tasks on other floors, assist with patient transport, and monitor telemetry
• Participate in rapid response and code blue activities as needed
• Document patient status and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care

Requirements

• ER and ICU nursing experience required
• Ability to float to other units as needed
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, evenings and nights, on a rotating schedule
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Telemetry monitoring experience
