Let’s build a better world together – join us at Victaulic and be part of something that lasts.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and deployment of sales initiatives specifically targeting the data center market.Serve as the communication bridge between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to align priorities, timelines, and resource planning.Obtain actionable information from sales, translating and coordinating data analytics to manufacturing and supply chain to drive product availability.Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.Create and implement business strategies that align with revenue growth opportunities in the data center vertical market.Track performance metrics and program milestones, to identify and implement solutions and process improvements in support of continuous improvement and agility.Prepare executive updates, cross-functional briefings, and initiative reports.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, supply chain management, or a related field.Experience in or exposure to the data center market, MEP systems, or technical sales environments is strongly preferred.Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination and communication.Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau.Travel:Must be willing to travel up to 25% of time to client locations and project sites.Why Join Us?At Victaulic, we power the infrastructure behind the world’s digital and industrial growth.
