Project Finance Analyst I/II

Job Summary Assist with origination, structuring and execution of Project Finance lease, partnership and loan transactions working effectively with PF Originations and Structuring teams. Work with Functional/Matrix partners in Credit Risk, Asset Management, Portfolio Management and Operations to process transactions and manage client experience. Employment Information Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work with Origination and Structuring teams on new business development, market analysis, due diligence, structuring and execution Complete client pitch materials, proposals, terms sheets, and transaction screening materials Complete pricing runs, modeling, return analysis, comparable transaction/relative value analysis Compensation The base salary for this position is $100,000/ $105,000. Required Qualifications BA/BS degree Proven analytical ability and attention to detail Solid leadership and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong written and oral communication skills Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program Preferred Qualifications 1 year of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program Benefits All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
