Kulia is hiring Sales & Customer Experience Representatives to join our growing Nashville team.

No sales experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and coaching from day one.

Our team works across multiple divisions, including:

• Events & Promotional Marketing
• Customer Acquisition
• Nonprofit Campaigns
• Residential Campaigns
• Commercial Campaigns

During training, we learn your strengths, personality, and career goals to determine which division is the best fit for you.

What You'll Do

• Represent our clients and campaigns at events and in the community
• Connect directly with customers and create a positive experience
• Educate customers about available products, services, and nonprofit campaigns
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
• Compete in team challenges, incentives, and performance-based bonuses
• Learn sales, communication, leadership, and business development skills
• Work with a team that values accountability, energy, and continuous improvement
