Description:
Full-time candidates only.
Candidates must work five 8-hour shifts per week.
No call and no weekends.
Candidates must live outside the specified 50-mile radius.
No prior providers who have worked for this site or any affiliated site in the past 24 months will be accepted.
New candidates who have never worked for the organization must also reside outside the designated 50-mile radius.
No other proof of out-of-state residence will be accepted.
Candidates must have two years of experience and be able to provide 24 months of case logs.
Availability to start in April is preferred, but no later than June 1st.
Candidates must have a 100% clean file.
A call interview or Zoom Meeting with clinical leadership will be required.
Candidates must have the ability to work collaboratively within a care team model.
The role includes medical direction, with providers performing most blocks.
The surgery center will focus on orthopedic cases.
The candidate will also assist in general surgery, GYN, GI, urology, podiatry, ENT, and neuro cases.
The organization emphasizes fast-paced workflows with minimal close supervision.
Candidates must submit their curriculum vitae and skills checklist as part of the application.
Availability for the first possible work date should be indicated.
Preference for any specific shifts should also be specified.
Holiday availability in the next three to six months should be noted.
