Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Based in Kissimmee, FL, this OTR solo CDL-A role covers nationwide dry van lanes, delivering freight with an emphasis on safety, punctuality and professional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Operate long-haul routes in tractor-trailers, handle pickups, secure loads and complete deliveries.
• Perform required vehicle inspections, maintain ELD records and document trip details.
• Stay in contact with dispatch to optimize routes and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
• Compliance with DOT safety standards and clean inspection practices.

Start pay is 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles, plus bonuses, modern late-model trucks with APUs/inverters/sleepers, in-house maintenance, biweekly home time and comprehensive benefits.
