Position: Insurance and Financial Services Professional

What You'll Do:

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized insurance and financial solutions for their unique situation.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customers' financial situations to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Educate customers on various insurance products and financial strategies, inspiring them to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals to stay ahead of industry trends and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving financial landscape.
• This is a sales position, requiring motivated individuals who seek to inspire our customers to make smarter financial decisions for them, their families, and their businesses.

Who You Are:

• A motivated individual with a strong desire to help others, who works together with a team to make sure things are innovative but not too risky, and you don't get stuck in all the fine details.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
• Previous experience in insurance, finance, or sales is a plus but not required we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates!
• Process driven for conceptual structure yet can creatively find new ways to solve problems.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
