We are currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, bilingual (English/Spanish) Home Care Aide (HCA) for a part-time position supporting a client in the La Mesa/Lemon Grove area . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with seniors while providing exceptional non-medical home care.

Current OpeningWe are currently hiring a Spanish-speaking (English/Spanish) caregiver for a part-time position. A female caregiver is preferred to accommodate the client’s personal care preferences.

Minimum QualificationsFluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration (required)
At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred
Experience caring for seniors with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, mobility limitations, or personal care needs is highly preferred
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
Able to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the United States
Dependable, professional, compassionate, and punctual
Must be responsive to phone calls and text messages from the office

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
