Position Overview

This hybrid role combines front desk operations, customer service, and marketing support. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced wellness environment. 2-4 years experience.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Customer Service

• Greet and check in clients warmly
• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings
• Process payments and memberships
• Maintain a clean spa and welcoming reception area
• Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Inventory of supplies

Marketing & Social Media

• Assist with social media posting and content creation
• Take photos/videos for promotions and events occasionally
• Help promote monthly specials and memberships
• Respond to online inquiries and reviews
• Support community outreach and local marketing events
• Assist with email and text marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service experience preferred
• Social media and marketing experience is a plus
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable using scheduling systems and computers
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Wellness, med spa, or healthcare experience preferred
• 2-4 years experience
