Job Description WE’RE HIRING: TRANSACTION COORDINATOR \n Lead Group | Odessa, Texas\n Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday\n $40,000 Base + Performance Incentives\nAre you the person who sees what needs to be done before someone has to ask?\nLead Group is looking for an organized, proactive, tech-savvy go-getter to own the operational side of our real estate transactions and client experience.What You’ll Be Doing:\n✅ Coordinate transactions from contract to closing\n✅ Track deadlines, documents, signatures & compliance\n✅ Maintain transaction systems, checklists & task management\n✅ Communicate with agents, clients, title companies, lenders & vendors\n✅ Handle past-client follow-up and relationship nurture\n✅ Support office operations and agent needs\n✅ Improve workflows, SOPs & systems\n✅ Use AI and technology to make processes more efficientWe’re Looking For Someone Who:\n Is extremely organized and detail-oriented\n Takes ownership without needing constant reminders\n Follows through and communicates problems early\n Loves systems, checklists, and completed tasks\n Learns technology and AI quickly\n Can manage multiple priorities\n Has strong written and verbal communication\n Is dependable, punctual, and proactive\n Has real estate transaction experience (strongly preferred)\n Understands Texas real estate transactions and compliance (highly preferred)\nThis is an in-office position for someone who wants responsibility, accountability, and the opportunity to help build better systems.
