Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We'll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. From preparing fresh food items to cooking our signature rotisserie chicken, your work helps provide convenient, delicious solutions for busy families. In this role, you'll spend your day preparing food according to recipes, cooking and packaging rotisserie chicken, maintaining food safety and temperature standards, and supporting a fast-paced, high-volume production area while delivering a great member experience.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and package fresh food items according to recipes and company standards
• Cook and monitor rotisserie chicken to ensure quality, consistency, and proper temperature control
• Wrap, label, and store products to maintain freshness and food safety standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas and displays
• Monitor product quality, expiration dates, and properly dispose of low-quality items
• Support high-volume production needs while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Assist members with questions and provide excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with associates to ensure smooth daily operations

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
