Retail Pharmacy Technician needed to join our team in beautiful Westcliffe, CO! Our Retail Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Retail Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team in Westcliffe, CO. Key Responsibilities: Assist pharmacists in preparing, mixing, assembling, and packaging medications. Ensure accurate labeling and proper documentation of all drugs and devices. Maintain compliance with pharmacy storage and safety regulations. Organize and update records to ensure proper tracking of medications. Support daily operations to improve efficiency and patient care. Operate the POS system, assist patients in OTC purchases, answer phones, and complete clerical work as needed. Education and/or Experience: Prior retail or hospital outpatient pharmacy technician experience is preferred. Previous customer service experience is required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certification with the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred and/or completion required within 1 year of hire.
