Job Schedule:
DayTimeSat01:00 PM - 09:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities within a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate communication channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, and document observations in a timely manner.
- Support retail operations by assisting with crowd management, directional guidance, and/or de-escalation during busy periods, special events, and other customer-facing situations.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
