Company Name ( Client )_ Coacheasily Job Description: Telecaller / Academic Counsellor (Coaching Industry) Position: Telecaller / Academic Counsellor Experience: 2 - 4 Years Location: Remote / Work From Home Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller / Academic Counsellor to join our growing coaching and training business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners, understanding their requirements, counselling them on suitable coaching programs, and converting inquiries into enrolments. This role is ideal for professionals who have prior experience in tele calling, sales, or counselling within the education, coaching, training, or EdTech sector. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads generated through various marketing channels. Handle inbound inquiries from prospective students and professionals. Understand learner needs and recommend appropriate coaching or training programs. Explain course features, benefits, schedules, fees, and learning outcomes. Follow up regularly with prospective candidates to drive enrollments. Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems. Achieve highest Show up rate in daily webinars. Post webinar connect with clients & share qualified leads list with sales team Build strong relationships with prospects and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate with internal teams regarding admissions, onboarding, and student support with Sales Team Stay updated on all programs, offerings, and closely work with Sales Team & Community Manager Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong telecalling and customer engagement skills. Sales and persuasion abilities with a consultative approach. Active listening and objection-handling skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with prospective learners & Probe Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace. Strong follow-up and relationship management skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in any discipline. Desired qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields will be preferred not mandatory Experience Required 13 years of experience in Telecalling, Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support. Prior experience in the Coaching, Training, Education, or EdTech industry will be an added advantage. Work Requirements Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection (for remote roles). Quiet workspace suitable for professional calling activities. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups efficiently. Phone will be provided from the company after you complete 3 months in the system , meanwhile you can use your phone . Sim card recharge will be as per actuals .
