Finance Associate for AI Model Training [Remote]

As a Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations within a collaborative remote environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills in QuickBooks, accounts receivable, and Google Sheets while contributing to a dynamic team dedicated to excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review.
• Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for better reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance.
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits.
• Be available for weekend or extended hours as needed to meet business demands.

• 2, 3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management.
• Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently.
• Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required.

• Prior payroll processing experience.
• Experience supporting remote teams.
• Familiarity with audit processes and financial compliance standards.

This is a full-time remote position.

The national pay range for this position is $70, 000, $100, 000 USD annually. All employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies.
