What You’ll Do:

• Assemble precision high-tech components while ensuring strict quality standards.

• Efficiently package finished products to meet delivery deadlines.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize production workflows.

• Perform various operational tasks on the production line and in warehouse settings.

• Utilize critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and suggest process improvements.

• Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and follow organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience considered.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting activities.

• Ability to read tape measurements and follow detailed instructions.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

• Dependable, diligent, and committed to a strong work ethic.

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.80 per hour
