What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Roofer, you’ll play a key role in building and protecting commercial properties. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, including:

• Installing, repairing, and replacing TPO, EPDM, PVC, and other single-ply roofing systems
• Applying adhesives, sealants, coatings, and vapor barriers to protect and insulate structures
• Cutting, fitting, and installing roofing materials such as shingles, flashing, and insulation
• Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems for quality and safety
• Leading and supporting crew members to ensure projects stay on track
• Meeting with general contractors and customers to ensure work meets expectations

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with hands-on roofing experience who’s motivated, safety-focused, and ready to grow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of commercial roofing experience
• Driver’s license preferred 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of roofing safety procedures and construction materials
• Ability to cut, shape, and fit roofing materials with precision
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to read tape measures, shop drawings, and reproduce manufacturing details
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on role that requires:

• Working at heights using ladders, scaffolds, and stairways
• Standing, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, or crawling for long periods
• Regular lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs
• Stamina and endurance to perform physically demanding tasks safely
