About the Role As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress. Our patients are at the heart of everything we do, and we're seeking a motivated and caring RN who is committed to delivering exceptional care.
