Registered Nurse - Cath ARU

This role operates under the supervision of the Site Manager and involves performing a variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in diagnostic and treatment equipment utilization. Core Responsibilities Building a culture of trust and engagement at all levels Holding leaders accountable for fostering trust and engagement Maintaining strong relationships with physicians to ensure growth, quality patient care, and satisfaction Performing duties aligned with organizational values Ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and conduct Qualifications Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelors preferred Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact) Certifications in BLS and ACLS (or ARC equivalents) required upon hire; ACLS-Provisional within 180 days Minimum of 1 year ICU/CCU/ER or Cath/EP Lab experience preferred Skills Must communicate effectively in English and demonstrate a positive attitude, aligning with organizational standards and values. #J-18808-Ljbffr MEP Health
