Our Agency Adam Deel is a State Farm agent in Columbus, Ohio. We are a top ranked agency in the state of Ohio. Our work environment is fast-paced, team centric, and goal oriented. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate customers about their insurance options and help them make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• In-person position based at our office in Columbus, Ohio
• Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Proven ability to build client rapport and foster lasting relationships
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Willingness and ability to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Willingness and ability to obtain Life and Health License

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
