Position Summary We are seeking a professional and reliable Concierge Security Officer to join our team as a concierge for a FT swing shift position. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at a residential property. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a calm and courteous demeanor, and previous experience in a concierge or front‑desk role. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Must handle packages including check in, labeling and placing in mailroom area Enforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systems Observe, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environment Maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concerns Adhere to all company policies, post orders, and client procedures Communicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractors Responsibly use company and client‑provided equipment for security and monitoring tasks Perform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisors Qualifications Open to working a swing schedule, see below for schedule. Must have a vehicle and able to travel to Arlington Heights. Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED required Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20‑hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain) Minimum 2 years of residential concierge or front desk security experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Capable of standing and walking for extended periods Able to work independently with minimal supervision Must pass a drug screening and background check Schedule & Compensation Shift: Sat and Sun 7AM-3PM , Monday-Tuesday 3PM – 11PM, Wednesday 11PM-7AM (This is one set schedule at one site) Pay Rate: $20.60 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr MFort Security Services
