Desktop Support Technician (Entry Level) - IT

Pacific Coast Trane is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. Job Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction. Set up and configure hardware, software, and peripherals. Provide hands‑on and remote troubleshooting support to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues – including updates. Provide basic training on computer use and software applications. Documenting processes and procedures used in troubleshooting. Contribute to IT projects (such as migrations and/or software implementation). Job Requirements Associate's degree or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school or equivalent experience At least 1 year of related experience or training Organizational, communication, customer service & people skills required Flexible to work overtime/weekends as required Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
