This position is located in Colorado Springs, Co.What You'll Get To Do:Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:Provides administrative, technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas, primarily Goods Movement, Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain OperationsTracks and stages Raw Material and Parts for Manufacturing ProcessesExperience in SAP Goods Issue and Goods Receiving transactionsSupports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain processLoads, unloads, and conveys materials and parts to multiple work sites, and performs a combination of tasks under specific direction which may include shipping and/or receivingLoads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks and machines by hand; loads or unloads materials into or from trucks by handWorks closely with the Integration/Production Control team and shop floor with experience working in a warehouse environmentWraps and packs parts to send to on and offsite locationsProvides status of material and/or parts during meetings or other required planning/status sessionsOperate company-owned vehicles to execute pick-up and delivery of parts between Northrop Grumman sites/buildings, and offsite locations at timesStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical requirementsAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Space Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:Medical, Dental & Vision coverage401kEducational AssistanceLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance Programs & Work/Life SolutionsPaid Time OffHealth & Wellness ResourcesEmployee DiscountsThis position's standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Basic Qualifications:Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 2: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in logistics support, shipping/receiving, warehousing and/or inventory controlMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.)Ability to obtain forklift certificationValid driver's licenseAbility to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power PointPhysical Requirements:Ability to perform 50% desk work and 50% material distribution responsibilities with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Must be able to move stock/inventory/materials around the warehouse, dock, and various business units.Preferred Qualifications:These qualifications would be nice to have:Prior experience using a forklift / reach lift / pallet jackPrior experience using SAP/ MESHAZMAT or chemical handling experienceWarehousing OperationsExperience supporting Manufacturing/Production in support of DOD contractsPrimary Level Salary Range: $42,900.00 - $71,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
