The Senior Project Manager leads large-scale, mission-critical data center construction projects, providing strategic and operational leadership across project planning, scheduling, resource management, financial performance, and client relationships. This role collaborates across departments and oversees a team of project managers to ensure alignment, execution excellence, and successful project delivery. As a senior leader, the Senior Project Manager sets the standard for quality, accountability, and ethical leadership while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest performance standards. Key Responsibilities What You'll Do Project Planning & Strategic Ingenuity Develop and lead comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for complex, mission-critical data center projects. Strategically identify and allocate human and material resources to ensure optimal project execution while balancing risk, cost, and schedule. Lead, coordinate, and align multidisciplinary project teams, including subcontractors and internal partners, to drive consistency and performance. Establish clear expectations, assign responsibilities, and provide direction to ensure effective resource utilization and adherence to critical milestones. Continuously evaluate project risks, resolve issues decisively, and adapt plans as conditions change—demonstrating ingenuity and sound judgment at scale. Quality Control & Craftsmanship Set and enforce rigorous quality control standards that reflect a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and reliability in mission-critical environments. Conduct regular inspections and collaborate with clients, designers, field teams, and subcontractors to address quality concerns proactively. Monitor construction progress, lead regular status meetings, and ensure schedules are maintained throughout all phases of construction.
