Maintenance Supervisor

The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and working alongside the maintenance team to support daily operations within a fast-paced metal fabrication and manufacturing environment. This role is highly hands-on and focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining welding equipment, fabrication machinery, facility systems, and production support equipment while supervising daily maintenance activities.The Working Maintenance Supervisor coordinates maintenance priorities, supports production uptime, assists with preventive maintenance programs, and helps ensure a safe and efficient operation.
