What You Will Do:

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate our local team of field LPNs and CNAs.
• Conduct client supervisory visits and initial clinical assessments within your designated territory.
• Collaborate with families and our clinical leadership to implement and update personalized care plans.
• Ensure precise, state-compliant clinical documentation and adherence to company policies.

What We're Looking For:

• A valid, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Alabama.
• A clean driving record and valid driver's license (required to utilize the company vehicle).
