This is a business-facing, commercial role for someone who operates within the business rather than a purely functional specialist. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.This leadership role sits within the business, supporting Marsh People & Investments across the Pacific region. Bringing strong commercial judgement, you will partner with business leaders — rather than operating purely as a functional specialist — to ensure key corporate obligations are governed and executed on effectively. You will lead the coordination of enterprise-wide activity across areas such as Modern Slavery, Health and Safety, WGEA, RAP, climate reporting and related commitments.You will work closely with senior stakeholders across legal, risk, compliance, business and Centre of Excellence teams to strengthen governance, reporting and accountability.
