Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid and current Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
• Previous experience delivering OT services in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to plan and implement individualized and group interventions
• Familiarity with IEP goals and documentation requirements
• Adaptable, empathetic, and committed to supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ occupational therapy requirements
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services supporting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and school participation
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals in the classroom
• Monitor and document progress, updating intervention strategies as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing observations and progress reports with team members
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district policies
