Are you ready to kickstart your career in the energy industry? We are seeking dedicated Well Runners to ensure the smooth operation of our oil and gas facilities in Denver City, TX. If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, minor maintenance, and keeping things running efficiently—this is your chance to shine in an entry-level lease operator role. With opportunities for day and night shifts, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our operations while gaining valuable industry experience.
Required Skills:
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing packing
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and safely in a field environment
- Reliable transportation within a 60-mile radius of Denver City
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in oil and gas operations or maintenance
- Familiarity with lease operations or equipment
- Basic troubleshooting skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level experience in field operations or maintenance is acceptable; training will be provided
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work both day (7 am - 5 pm) and night shifts (5 pm - 6 am)
- Willingness to work in outdoor, sometimes remote conditions
- Dependability and a proactive approach to safety
