Team Member Position

The team member seeks to provide visitors with an extraordinary gastronomic experience every day, working as a team to give each guest the most personalized experience as quickly and of the highest quality possible.

Demonstrate the core 4 with each guest, as well as with the rest of the team.

Take orders from guests within 60 seconds of entering the order line.

Execute operational excellence: Develop trust with guests through compliance with quality requirements throughout the day, every day.

Offer "2nd mile" service, ensuring guests feel attended by meeting 2nd mile service requirements and exceeding expectations.

Activate emotional connections: Strengthen relationships with guests and the community by investing in our unique asset.

Must complete the Food Handling Certificate within the first 30 days.

Follow orders, being professional, patient, without shortcuts and with a sense of urgency.

Communicate immediately any work or team problems to your on-duty leader.

Be willing to help others when needed.

Be sure to finish your work promptly, efficiently and with quality.

Will be responsible for the work assigned to you.

Will remain occupied during low sales hours and look for ways you can help.

Front of House

Receive guests in a friendly way and provide them with the help they need.

Take orders

Receive food and make sure to deliver it to the right guest.

Deliver food and make sure the guest has everything they need

Clean the surfaces of the counter, dining tables, bathroom, etc.

Drive-Thru

Take orders effectively and help answer questions during a transaction

Ensures the accuracy of orders, including the right foods and condiments.

Provides professional and friendly interaction with guests; including the use of CORE 4 and hospitality language

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and with the customer about waiting times and when to park cars.

Hospitality

Keep the restaurant clean at all times, including the floors.

Take new orders

Monitor the dining room environment

Make sure tables are disinfected after each visit.

Refresh drinks for guests at their tables to make sure guests don't have to walk to the counter for a refill of their drinks.

Be aware of any debris in the dining room.

Back of House

Fulfill guest orders by preparing drinks, sauces, etc. And directing guests to take their seats (with their table marker) or wait in the pickup line.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the area while observing the highest quality of food safety by adhering to all described procedure disciplines in etrain.

Minimum requirements of the position:

Experience in customer service, kitchen and restaurants preferably.

Languages: English and Spanish
