You'll play a key role in budget management, maintenance coordination, and ensuring seamless facility operations while maintaining high standards of customer service across client locations.**Your day-to-day tasks will include:*** Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, reporting, and supporting facility-specific cost savings targets* Receive and dispatch work requests to technical staff, vendors, and service providers* Resolve building service issues including janitorial, parking, vending, elevators and conference rooms* Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities while overseeing delivery of repair services* Interface with property occupants and provide support for guests, visitors, and employees* Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on operating budgets for each property* Source local services and goods through third-party suppliers, including contract writing and vendor setup* Manage existing contracts and coordinate with vendors on performance criteria and reviews* Collaborate with sourcing teams on national and regional supplier opportunities**Desired experience and technical skills:****Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management or property management* 2+ years of facilities or property management experience in corporate environment, third party service provider, or as a consultant* Proven record of client service with ability to establish credibility with clients, facilities teams, vendors, and contractors* Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)* After hours, on-call availability for emergencies**Preferred:*** Knowledge of commercial real estate, building operations and systems, accounting, project management, and vendor management* Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.**Estimated compensation for this position:**110,000.00 – 125,000.00 USD per year*This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
