Last‑Mile Operations Specialist, FBT - TikTok Shop

The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency.Responsibilities- Solution Capability: Responsible for formulating last-mile courier delivery solutions for FBT, as well as designing the SOP of FBT courier logistics processes and managing logistics service providers.- Daily Operation Capability: Take charge of key indicators related to courier timeliness, cost and experience; build operational processes, monitor daily operational data, and manage logistics service providers to ensure the sustained operation of all operational indicators.- Cross-departmental Communication and Coordination Capability: Proactively propose optimizable points related to processes and products in daily work, and promote the cross-departmental completion of related projects.Minimum Qualification(s)- Bachelor's degree or above; familiar with last-mile courier service providers in Europe & the UK, with experience in managing European e-Commerce logistics and FBT operations.- Familiar with international e-Commerce processes, logistics operation models and operation management models, with proficient operation and management experience.- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent data analysis skills.Preferred Qualification(s)- Candidates with experience in building logistics operations from 0 to 1 are preferred.- Those with experience in FBT logistics route operations are preferred.Req ID: A36858A
