Senior Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning experiences that support organizational learning and AI literacy initiatives. This role will be responsible for creating engaging asynchronous learning programs, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and contributing to the strategic direction of enterprise-wide learning solutions. The position plays a key role in expanding learning opportunities and supporting workforce readiness in an evolving technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive asynchronous learning modules for diverse learner populations.

• Create modular, scalable learning content that can be adapted across departments and business units.

• Translate learning objectives into engaging learning experiences using scenario-based learning, branching interactions, multimedia, and other instructional design techniques.

• Collaborate with multimedia designers and content developers to create high-quality digital learning assets.

• Participate in needs assessments and help identify learning priorities and development opportunities.

• Contribute to the overall learning strategy and recommend innovative approaches to content delivery and learner engagement.

• Research emerging trends in instructional design, learning technologies, and artificial intelligence to enhance learning solutions.

• Coordinate project activities among cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct supervisory responsibility.

• Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Work closely with project managers to maintain schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Assist in the development of credentialing, certification, and learning pathway initiatives.

• Support communication, adoption, and promotion of learning programs throughout the organization.

• Participate in meetings, workshops, and events to represent learning initiatives and gather stakeholder feedback.
