Sodexo’s Universities Segment is seeking a dynamic Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition and wellness support at Alfred University in Alfred, New York . What You’ll Do Provide nutrition support for five universities through collaboration with executive leadership, operations, marketing, and university health centers. Provide oversight of special dining programs, including My Zone, Simple Servings, Simply3, Mindful, and Vegan offerings by conducting audits and training managers and culinary teams. Serve as a campus liaison between students and dining services to accommodate dietary needs and adapt offerings to reflect emerging trends. Establish and/or implement standards for client satisfaction and monitor performance against those standards. For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor’s degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). Credentials Requirement: Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states or facilities, RD/RDN credentials or state licensure is required at the time of hire. Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years of work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long‑term care, retirement homes, or clinics, plus registered dietitian experience.
