About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is essential to keeping production running smoothly by ensuring materials are accurate, organized, and readily available.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and stage materials for daily production kits

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform cycle counts

• Execute inventory transactions, transfers, and reconciliations in an ERP system

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

• Organize and label inventory to improve workflow and efficiency

• Collaborate with production and planning teams to align material needs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory experience in a manufacturing environment

• ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

• Strong inventory control and material handling skills

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook

• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

• Experience with kitting in a production setting

• Familiarity with fast-paced, production-driven environments

Work Environment

This is an on-site, hands-on role working within a small team and cross-functionally with multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
