Role Overview: This full-time primary care physician manages a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care through in-office, testing centers, and tele-health visits. Responsibilities Include Conducting patient visits, collaborating with clinical teams, and utilizing clinical training for procedures Supervising NP or PA colleagues and maintaining licensure for virtual care across multiple states Engaging in continuous learning via Clinical Rounds and team huddles Qualifications & Skills Completion or enrollment in an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience with patients of all ages Board certification or eligibility with plans to certify within a year Current MA state license Passion for human-centered care, effective communication, technological proficiency, clinical expertise, adaptability, and team collaboration Benefits & Compensation: Includes a salary range of $252,000–$301,275, with comprehensive health, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits, along with malpractice insurance, CME stipend, and participation in shared learning activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Affinity Home Health Care Inc
