Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician. The clinician will conduct assessments and provide individual and group psychotherapy to adults, children, and families.

Our clinicians serve clients in the community as well as individuals living in halfway houses. You will work collaboratively with peer support specialists, prescribers, and other members of the behavioral health team to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

• LCSWA or LCMHCA required.
• LCSW or LCMHC preferred.
• Active North Carolina licensure or eligibility to practice in North Carolina.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Candidates should be comfortable providing services in community-based settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• LCAS or LCASA certification preferred.
• Candidates without LCASA may be considered if willing to register for LCASA after hire.
• Experience working with behavioral health and/or substance use disorder populations is a plus.

Work Arrangement

• In-person: Highest salary potential.
• Hybrid: Flexible work arrangement with a combination of in-person and remote services.
• Remote options may be available depending on organizational needs and candidate qualifications.
