You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of direct-hire and subcontracted labor, ensuring efficient usage of manpower, material, and equipment, and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with the project team to develop detailed project execution plans, monitor progress, and anticipate any potential cost or schedule impacts.Oversee and coordinate mechanical projects from start to completion.Manage the day-to-day activities of direct-hire and subcontracted labor.Ensure efficient usage of manpower, material, and equipment.Enforce safety regulations and protocols.Coordinate with the project team to develop detailed project execution plans.Monitor project progress and anticipate potential cost or schedule impacts.Collaborate with the project team to develop close-out and turnover plans.Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
