Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Travel LPN

Facility: Nursing Home (LTC/SNF)

Location: 228 Smith Chapel Rd, Mt Olive, NC 28365

Term: contract 7 weeks

Shift: 7pm - 7am & 7am - 7pm (Three Days in a week includes every weekend)

Pay rate: $36-$37/hr on W2

Start: TBD

Requirements:

State LPN license
BLS/CPR preferred

Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .
Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN's.
Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
