Requirements
- Residential service plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable learning and using ServiceTitan
- Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Must be dependable and motivated
Daily Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
- Water heaters, fixtures, drains, toilets, piping repairs, and replacements
- Present repair and replacement options to customers
- Complete invoices and notes in ServiceTitan
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Deliver excellent customer service
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years residential service experience
- Experience with flat-rate pricing
- Experience selling repair and replacement options
- Strong customer communication skills
