Community Sales Manager

Overview Brookdale Derby Assisted Living, recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity, seeks a Sales Manager to lead and grow community occupancy. Responsibilities Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move‑in. Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads. Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed revenue and occupancy goals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver’s license. Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of technology; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic documentation. Onboarding and Development Three‑week onboarding and orientation program, one‑on‑one coaching with District Director, monthly continuing education, and customized marketing tools. Compensation Competitive base pay (bi‑weekly) plus 7% commission per sale, monthly occupancy bonuses, and annual performance awards. Salary range: $22.77 - $28.47 per hour.
