• Certification (Certification as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration required)
• Copy of Transcript (Bachelor's degree in nutrition, public health, dietetics, health/nutrition education, health administration, maternal and child health, or a related field)
• Driver's License Copy (Valid California Driver's License; car for transportation to school sites; car insurance to meet California state requirements)
• Proof of HS Graduation (High School Diploma or equivalency)
