Hiring Telehealth Speech Language Pathologist in Connecticut School District for 2024-2025 School Year Hours : Full-Time during school hours Caseload : K-12 Job Type : 1099 Independent Contractor Location : Virtually (Connecticut) Job Details: Perform thorough assessments of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills. Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient needs, and best practices. Incorporate augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and techniques as needed. Provide information and training to patients, families, and caregivers on managing and improving communication and swallowing issues. Keep detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Connecticut Speech Language Pathology (CCCs) license Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a speech language pathologist with students with communication disorders in a school setting Experience providing virtual therapy services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable computer and high-speed internet (no Chromebooks/tablets permitted) Contract Details: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications. $40-50/ Hour 1099 Independent Contractor Clinical and technical support provided by VocoVision.
