- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive concierge primary care for a small panel of patients
- Deliver preventive, wellness-focused, and relationship-based medical care
- Manage same-day and ongoing patient needs with a high level of accessibility
- Perform routine clinical evaluations, assessments, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with the broader care team to support an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Active New York medical license
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- At least 5 years of clinical experience
- Concierge medicine experience
