**Number of Openings:** 2 positions for Installers, 1 position for a Crew Lead position

**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking experienced Gutter Installation Technicians and Crew Leads to join our team. This role involves installing seamless gutters, working outdoors, and utilizing ladders on a regular basis. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 100lbs and possess a valid driver's license.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform gutter installations according to company standards and specifications
- Safely navigate ladders and work at heights to complete installations
- Lift and handle heavy materials and equipment as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in gutter installation or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
