Recertification Specialist

We are looking for a Recertification Specialist to support property management operations in Boston, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position focuses on maintaining accurate resident records, coordinating recertification activities, and helping ensure compliance with housing and occupancy requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in property administration, leasing support, and residential or commercial property management, along with the ability to work effectively in a detail-driven environment.Responsibilities:• Manage the full recertification process for residents, including document collection, file review, and timely follow-up on outstanding items.• Maintain organized and accurate tenant records while ensuring all required information is updated in property management systems.• Communicate with residents, site staff, and internal teams to coordinate renewals, eligibility updates, and related administrative tasks.• Review lease and occupancy documentation for completeness and compliance with applicable program or property guidelines.• Support daily property administration activities by assisting with resident correspondence, notices, and status tracking.• Enter and monitor resident, lease, and compliance data within Yardi Software to help maintain reliable reporting and records.• Partner with leasing and property management staff to address file discrepancies, resolve documentation issues, and keep recertification timelines on schedule.
